If you are building a desktop PC yourself , & want to play the games this article is meant to
help you in your search For the best Machine .
Budget : Rs.20,000
1:INTEL
The Intel build is quite decent in itself , having a decent dual core CPU.
It will be good for usual computer related work , surfing the net , etc .
But it will suffer with games . The best you may manage with the Integrated Intel graphics are a few years old games.
CPU:
Intel G645 Dual Core @ 2.9 Ghz - Rs.3417.RAM:
Transcend DDR3 - 4GB @ 1333Mhz - Rs. 1400HDD:
Western Digital 500 GB Hard Disk - Rs. 3354Case:Any Case From your local stores will do. - Rs.1500
Motherboard:
ASUS P8H61-M - Rs.3071PSU:
Cooler Master 350W - Rs. 1779Optical Drive:
LG Optical Drive DVD+R - Rs. 1064Display:
Samsung LCD 18.5 Inch - Rs. 5350 TOTAL : Rs.20,935.
2:AMD
The AMD build does exceed the budget by aound Rs.1500 , but what stands out is the presence of a decent graphic capability in the form of the Integrated Radeon HD 7480D Graphics . The graphics in the AMD APU outshines the Intel counterpart . This is the build if you want to do some amount of light gaming with your budget System build {or trying newer titles at low settings }.
In short , you'll be getting the power of a low end graphic card in the form of the integrated graphics.
CPU:
A4-5300 Dual Core @ 3.4 Ghz Rs.3032
RAM:
G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 - 4GB @ 1600Mhz - Rs. 1736HDD:

LG Optical Drive DVD+R - Rs. 1064Display:
Samsung LCD 18.5 Inch - Rs. 5350TOTAL : Rs.21,631
Note : When building a building a Custom System , Always Invest in a decent Power Supply . Try not to go with the PSU which will come with the Cheap case . The fact is , that a faulty PSU will affect all other components .You will surely not want to harm your CPU worth more than 15,000 in lieu of saving a few thousand rupees.Budget : Rs.30,000
1:INTEL
The Intel build uses the i3 CPU , which is a bit faster than the AMD A10 in single threaded applications {around 10-20%}. It uses lesser electricity too.
So,If you :
1.want to save on power usage , but not on functionality ,
2.are not going to do HD gaming on your PC { demanding games may not even work on low settings, others should work with fine}.
then ,
You should go with the Intel System.
CPU:
Intel Core i3 3220 @ 3.3 Ghz - Rs.7169RAM:
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) @1600Mhz - Rs.1736HDD:
Western Digital 500 GB Hard Disk - Rs. 3354Case:

ASRock B75 M - Rs.4644PSU:
Cooler Master Thunder 450W - Rs.2764Optical Drive:
LG Optical Drive DVD+R - Rs. 1064Display:
LG 18.5 inch LED - Rs.5940TOTAL : Rs.29,229
2:AMD
The AMD build is again higher by a thousand rupees , but the extra money is worth it.
The A10 APU from AMD is the top-of-the line APU for AMD .It's overall CPU performance is just about the same as the Core i3 3220 , but it's Integrated graphics is way,.. way ahead of the HD Graphics 2500 { in the Intel i3}.
The Radeon 7660D in the APU is at par with the budget graphic cards {ones around Rs.4,000}.
You also have the option of adding an ATI graphics card & making a crossfire setup , which will greatly benefit gaming , video encoding.
So for budget Gamer , THIS is the build.I kept the same HDD, mobo from the 20k build as it is compatible .I kept the DVD drive , as its not used much these days anyways , so there is no point in spending more money.
CPU:
AMD A10-5800K Quad Core @ 3.8Ghz - Rs.8560

The AMD FX8350 is an eight core CPU, running at 4.0Ghz , & is overclockable .
With 8 GB of ram & a pretty powerful GPU , this the build to go for if you want to do multitasking , with gaming as well.
or,
just go for it for the sake of owning an 8Core system..
