1. Simpanlah flasdisk di tempat kering
Menyimpan flash disk di tempat yang kering dapat membuat flashdisk anda menjadi awetm dan juga tidak merusak komponen anda, jika anda lupa menaruh di tempat yang lembab atau terkena air saat anda kehujanan maka flashdisk anda jangan di gunakan untuk beberapa saat dulu sebelum flashdisk anda kering seluruhnya jika tidak maka bisa membuat flashdisk anda konslet dan rusak.

2. Jangan asal mencabut
Jika anda ingin mencabut flashdisk anda maka jangan langsung mencabutnya karena bisa merusak komponen yang ada di dalam flashdisk terutama saat flashdisk anda sedang melakukan transfer data sangat besar kemungkinan flashdisk anda bisa rusak, usahakan mencabut flashdisk saat tidak ada proses copy data atau sedang mebuka file yang ada di dalam flashdisk, dan usahakan juga meremove flashdisk di sefety remove.

3. Memformat flashdisk secara berkala
Ternyata jika memformat flashdisk paforma flashdisk kita menjadi membaik kembali seperti saat pertama membeli, usahakan memformat flashdisk jangan dengan quick format karena hanya memformat data pada lapisan atas dan tidak lebih optimal. Gunakan opsi tanpa mencentang opsi quick format, walaupun format tanpa mengunakan opsi quick format sedikit lama dan membuatuhkan waktu tapi hasilnya lebih baik dari pada quick format.

Terkadang kita tidak tahu bahwa batrai laptop yang kita gunakan menjadi tidak awet karena kita salah dalam merawat batarai laptop kita, maka untuk membuat baterai laptop kita menjadi awet ikuti saja langkah-langkah Cara Membuat Baterai Laptop Awet, Hemat Batre berikut ini :

1. Isi baterai sampai penuh
Jika baterai masih baru ataupun penggunaan pertama kali, maka usahakan isi baterai secara normal dan penuh. Selain itu, jangan biarkan baterai laptop atau netbook sampai kosong. Sebelum baterai habis dan laptop mati, Anda harus segera mengisi baterai itu sampai penuh. Ini akan membuat batarai anda lebih awet.

2. Hindari over charging

4. Jaga suhu baterai
Pastikan juga suhu baterai tidak terlalu panas. Suhu panas dapat merusak baterai dan mengurangi umur baterai. Untuk itu, pastikan laptop mendapat ventilasi yang cukup saat digunakan. Jangan pernah meletakkan laptop yang menyala di atas bantal, apalagi jika ventilasi laptop berada di bawah. Dan juga hindari benda yang menutup ventilasi sirkulasi udara di laptop anda karena sirkulasi yang terhambat bisa merusak laptop anda juga.

5. Menggunakan coolpad
Usahakan menggunakan coolpad saat laptop dipakai. Tujuannya adalah agar sirkulasi udara tetap lancar. Dengan menggunakan coolpad, bagian tertentu laptop bisa menjadi lebih dingin karena terkena kipasnya.

6. Hindari penggunaan lama
Jika Anda menggunakan laptop atau netbook lebih dari 6 jam, maka lebih baik dilepaskan saja baterainya. Menggunakan laptop dan baterainya dalam jangka waktu lebih dari 6 jam bisa membuat baterai laptop cepat bocor.

7. Simpan di tempat yang sejuk
Anda juga harus menyimpan baterai pada suhu ruangan dan tempat yang kering. Jangan membiarkan baterai Anda menganggur dalam waktu lama hingga berbulan-bulan. Sesekali, Anda bisa memakai baterai tersebut agar tidak kehilangan kapasitasnya.

8. Menggunakan software pembantu
Anda bisa menggunakan software pembantu untuk kinerja baterai laptop atau netbook, seperti battery care, HP battery checker, battery optimizer, dan lain sebagainya. Perlu diketahui juga bahwa semakin teraang layar Anda, akan semakin banyak power baterai yang dikonsumsi. Itulah tips yang bisa diberikan agar Laptop Baterai atau Batere Laptop bisa awet. MY ESSENTIAL PC APPLICATIONS

Owning a PC or laptop is synonymous to having some functions to be executed. Therefore when one purchases a PC a picture of applications to be installed springs to the mind. This varies according to the purpose the system is purchased for and also according to individuals.

Here is a list of applications I can’t do without on my PC.

Antivirus

No matter the purpose to which a system is to be put to, an antivirus is a must have. This is to ward off threats of viruses, spywares, Trojans and all other possible online menaces. So many abound, from McAfee, Kaspersky, etc. For me the best is Norton antivirus and it has always been present on systems I have owned.

Microsoft Office

Yes this is the ultimate for all word processing application for all using the windows operating system.

ITunes

My favorite media application when it comes to songs. It’s easy to use with its simple interface makes organization of titles easy under playlists. Above all it synchronizes with my best gadgets (iPhone and iPod).

VLC media player

For all video formats playback, VLC is what you should have. Apart from playing all video formats it also boosts the playback volume. It also plays your songs.

Mozilla Firefox

This is my preferred internet browser. Pages open faster and also downloads are quicker compared to the native internet explorer.

Internet download manager (IDM)

My favorite application and the reason is simple, am a heavy downloader. If you are one too, you will agree with me that this is the best internet download manager. Perhaps you have not used this software, please download it and experience its mind blowing download speed. IDM makes downloading from the internet a delight due to its speed.

Social media applications

After s day’s work one will want to unwind by chatting some. Yahoo messenger and Skype do it for me.

Tuneup utilities

For regular checks and repairs tuneup utilities is the right tool for me. It carries out regular sanitation and repairs on my system. Tuneup utilities do not only carry out repair and cleaning but it also does tweaking on the system.

Games

When it comes to games on a system, I stick only to board games. My favorites: scrabble and monopoly. Absolute delights to me.

SPEED UP YOUR DOWNLOAD WITH INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER

Every avid net surfer cannot do without downloading content from the web. To me a browsing session is incomplete without downloading, be it an attachment from my email boxes, to MP3s, video files, software and all available form a download can come in.

All web browsers come with the ability to download files from the internet, but these are times in the cyber world where speed is of utmost importance, a luxury most browsers can’t offer. Enter the download managers. There exists an array of them but the one that beats them all is Internet Download Manager (IDM).

IDM is an award winning shareware (to be paid for) software that takes care of your download on the fast lane. According to its developers it is a tool to increase download speeds by up to five times, resume and schedule downloads. Comprehensive error recovery and resume capability will restart broken or interrupted downloads due to lost connections, network problems, computer shutdowns, or unexpected power outages. Surely it delivers on its promises as stated above. IDM interface though a little old fashion does not take the performance out of it. I will now take you through the wonderful features which are packed in IDM.

At installation IDM detects all browsers present on your system and integrates smoothly and perfectly with them. This can however be changed in the option panel if you do not want it integrated with all browsers but to a specific one on your system. Perhaps you have a browser which was not detected at installation; it can be added by going to the option panel.

The pause/resume feature lets you pause and resume downloads at will. Some folks prefer monitoring each download to the end, so this feature will be a delight to them.

IDM gives you the option of queuing downloads and it will download them one after the other, preferably in order of size. Care should be taken when using this feature to avoidoverloading to maximise browsing speed. This is easily done by setting the number of downloads at a time.

Another interesting feature of IDM is that it allows the addition of login info for sites that require authorization. This is mostly encountered in sites like 4shared and Megaupload (now defunct). Once this is done IDM downloads automatically without asking for those details anymore.

Upon visiting a site with video contents or streaming media, like on YouTube and online radio stations, IDM will prompt for download through a little pop close to the video, media or at the bottom of the webpage.

For the organised, IDM offers a default download arrangement of downloads in categories in the download folder (video, music, compressed, programs, documents). This keeps you from the task of having to search for the downloaded files here and there.

Here is a little test I carried to compare the speed of download on IDM. It took exactly 50secs52msecs to download a file of 10.916Mb with IDM and the same file downloaded at 1min37secs13msecs under the same network speed. That is almost double the time it took IDM to do same.

The only annoyance I found on IDM is the popping when it detects any downloadable media on a webpage. Also when a webpage is highlighted, it automatically pops a window with all links available on the page for download.

Overall IDM is the best download manager out there in the market. It is highly recommended for all heavy downloads.

Cara Membersihkan LCD Layar Laptop. Kotoran yang bekas tangan dan makanan terkadang membekas di layar notebook atau laptop yang sedikit mengganggu penglihatan dan kebersihan laptop, oleh karena itu saya pada kesempatan kali ini mau memberikan sedikit tutorial buat anda cara mebersihkan layar LCD laptop atau notebook anda. Berikut langkah-langkahnya :

Siapkan tisu atau lap pembersih kamera.
Gunakan air pembersih kusus layar LCD, atau Cling pembersih kaca.
Saat menyemprotkan air pembersih LCD atu Cling jangan terlalu banyak, karena bisa menetes ke bawah layar dan masuk ke dalam layar yang bisa merusak komponen maupun layar LCD Laptop anda.
Usapkan tisu atau lap halus dengan mengusap satu arah, agar kotoran bisa terurai ke samping.
Setelah selesai keringkan dengan lap halus atau tisu kering.
Sedikit tambahan matikan Laptop saat membersihkan layar, dan jangan terlalu keras menekan saat membersihkan layar LCD, jangan membersihkan dengan sesuatu yang permukaannya kasar karena dapat mengores layar.

Intel vs AMD Which way to Go ??

My views on who is better,{& where} between "Intel" & "AMD".

I'll straightaway get to the point , When buying a new PC , many people are not even bothered by what is inside.But to the ones who are , they find themselves puzzled as to which CPU to go for ?

So Here is an attempt to solve their dilemma , by sharing what I know about both . The pros & cons of going either Way are written below:

PROS:

Intel :

Intel provides better performance in performance per cycle .Therefore most Single threaded applications ,i.e, simple tasks run faster on Intel CPUs . Benchmarks usually say that in head to head comparisons Intel CPUs are more powerful in these applications than AMD .
Due to better performance per cycle , Intel is considered Better for Gaming than AMD .
Also Intel CPUs in the same budget consume much lesser power than AMD ones.
The Fastest CPUs in market are the ones made by Intel .

AMD

The best thing that AMD has going for it is that their CPU ARE CHEAP.
AMD gives a best in class Performance per price Ratio, most of their CPUs are good performers for a budget.
They are always have something interesting to offer at a budget eg. AMD FX 8350 - 8 Core CPU @Rs. 12906!!
AMD also have something called APU in their lineup. These are a combination of a CPU & a GPU on a simple Chip , i.e. , .It gives you the performance of an budget CPU & a budget GPU. if u buy it you wont have to buy a separate graphics card for casual gaming & all most other GPU tasks . Gpu performance can be further strengthened by adding a separate graphics card . { Really good deal for Gamers on a low budget }
Finally AMD is best for getting the most of a budget build.

CONS

Intel

Intel does not give many options for a budget build. {compared to AMD}
Intel still doesn't have a response To AMD's APU series .

AMD

AMD's processors are power hungry . They consume a lot of power as compared to Intel's competitors.
They have lower efficiency per clock cycle . Therefore their CPU seem to be overrun in many benchmarks by Intel's offerings , sometimes even the ones priced lower than them. Therefore simple tasks may suffer.

Micromax A90S

Micromax A90S is the successor to Micromax A90 , coming @ a market price of र12500 .

It Runs on Android ICS 4.0.4 out of the box , powered by a dual core Mediatek MT6577 running at a clock speed of 1 GHz and 512 MB of RAM .On the connectivity front it has Wi-Fi b/g/n , Bluetooth 4.0 , & 3G.
Its got 3 gb of internal storage , which can be expanded via Micro SD Card.
The phone has got a 8MP rear Camera & a 0.3MP Front Camera for video calling.
The Best Thing about this Phone (what sets it apart from competition) is it 4.3 inch WVGA Super Amoled Full Touchscreen .

InterFace

The user interface has been customized ,

power up the phone & your welcomed by an animated lock screen

The Home screen has got custom icons ,

& a semi transparent power control widget .

The notification panel has got power controls , profile manager , & a screen rotation and brightness panel

Open the App Drawer & you find the Widgets drawer missing .{ you can access the widgets by touching & holding on the home screen for a couple of seconds }

& The Device is powered by Android v4.0.4

The dialer ,
looks stock except with a {great looking} transparent background .

Messaging

The Keyboard is stock and there were no issues typing on it due the ample real estate provided .

Mulimedia

The gorgeous looking Super Amoled screen present on the A90S makes for a great multimedia experience.

The phone handled videos upto 720p & they looked pretty good on the screen.

WiFi reception is good , and there was no problem in browsing through the internet , with mulitple apps running in the background . Loading of webpages was quick.

I ran a couple of benchmarks to see how the Mediatek chipset fared , & here are the screenshots

The Phone fared quite fine in the benchmarks .

Gaming

I ran a couple of simple games on this phone and they played smoothly . Few heavy graphics games didnt ran though

Battery Life

Due to its Amoled screen the A90S consumes lesser battery than other phones in the price range.

I fully charged the battery & used the phone throughout the day & the battery came down to 58% with some texts , net browsing , half an hour of video playback & good number of calls.

It should last upto 3 days with minimal usage , & 1 day with heavy usage .

Conclusion

The Micromax A90S is a beautiful device , feels light & good in the hand.The Super Amoled Screen & the camera are its selling point , & both do not disappoint.Overall its safe to say its a must buy @ र12500.

UPDATE:

The Stock Launcher is slow , has bugs , & is quite erratic in its behavior.

If you own this phone , & have the above mentioned problems,

Install a Launcher from Google Play.

I installed Nova Launcher on the A90S,

& it has been very smooth ever since.

It runs on Android 4.0 ICS , and houses a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8625 processor running @1.2Ghz , Coupled with 512 MB of ram .
Its got 2.7Gb of internal storage , which can can be expanded via a memory card.
On the Camera front it has a 5 MP rear facing camera with LED Flash along with a 1.3MP front camera for video calling .Its got Bluetooth v2.1 , Wi-Fi b/g/n , & Wi-Fi Direct .
The front of the device houses a 4 inch WVGA IPS Panel (great feat for र9000) along with a proximity sensor & the front facing 1.3 MP camera .

Interface

Power up the device and you are welcomed by a stock android home screen .

The device is powered by Android ICS 4.0.4 ,

The notification bar can be pulled from the top ,which has been customized to have shortcuts for turning on/off Wi-Fi,Bluetooth,etc.

The Dialer has been customized by Karbonn, but overall its a very stock experience.

In my testing i used a single sim only & the Call reception was good with this device.

The device feels snappy with absolutely no lag browsing through the app drawer & opening apps .

The Keyboard is stock except with a minor change to include "smileys" instead of the ↵ key.(???WHY???)

Multimedia

The IPS Panel has very good viewing angles & makes up for a overall great experience .The device has a dual core Qualcomm S4 Play Snapdragon Cortex A5 CPU & a Adreno 203 GPU , on the multimedia front you can't expect this device to outperform the top notch devices , but it is able to holds its own .

Video Playback

480p videos play buttery smooth, but I had problems playing 720p videos on the device , Although Lowering the Bit-rate did the trick.

Camera

The 5MP Camera can take decent shots in Sunlight , but it produced grainy shots Indoors & at night time .

Wi-Fi reception is good , and browsing through the net was a breeze , even with multiple Tabs & Apps opened in the background .

The IPS panel makes Gaming a great experience on this phone .The Games I Tried ran exceptionally good on this phone due to the powerful dual core Qualcomm Chipset. (I will upload a separate video review on Games - Video Link)

Battery Life

I used this Device for 2 days & the battery backup was average . I got around 6 hours on usage that included reading emails , texting , Wi-Fi , Watching HD Videos & playing Games. If you limit your usage it will easily last a day .
In my test the battery charged pretty quickly , going from 38% to fully charged in an hour and 12 minutes .
Playing demanding Games at a stretch drained the battery , as I was only able to play GTA 3 for an hour & a half before the battery indication came up .
