Latest update on Airtel BIS browsing on PC and other devices

I know a lot of these blog readers have been waiting for an official statement from us about the airtel BIS browsing on PC and other devices. About a week ago that airtel sent out what was termed disastrous text message by many of their subscribers on the plan stoppage of airtel BIS from working on none blackberry devices, all most everybody that received the message were unhappy about the development.
But what can they do about it; absolutely nothing but the only way was to start seeking for alternative means of browsing on PC again and none blackberry devices at low cost. Some that have failed to unlock their airtel customised modem in the past, from that moment the message was circulated started looking for means to unlock, while some have been battling within themselves on which other network to port to that will offer the effective and cheap internet subscription should airtel finally struck on that date. Though some had remained calm about the whole saga and have waited patiently for the airtel D-day.
So I am glad to be notifying you that 3rd of December 2013 that was marked for the stoppage from browsing on other non-blackberry device with airtel BIS have come and gone, and everybody is still rocking the services on their non-blackberry devices, and even something that appear to be better than previous it seems the internet speed has even doubled in my location.
Some have feared to go for the full month subscription plan, and have resorted to be managing the N100 and N200 subscription which offers them 80MB and 240MB of data respectively, for fear of not getting trapped along the way should the go for full subscription. But on my own part, my previous subscription just ended and I have decided to take the bull by the horn by going for my usual N1,500 plan that gives me 4GB of data and that last for 2 months, and as I type and post this, it is what I have currently using and like I have said previously, I noticed a drastic increase in internet speed, browsing at the speed of light and usain bolt combined together in my present location.

In other word, the airtel BIS browsing on PC and other none blackberry devices is still blazing, if you want to subscribe, you are rest assured that as of now, it is still browsing, so you can go ahead without entertaining any fear for now. For now no cause for alarm, if at all anything comes up, we will do well to notify you and strategize on any new way forward.
